I can’t believe I haven’t put this up yet, but this is my favorite smoothie of all time I think.  It tastes SO GOOD. I feel like I’m majorly cheating but I’m not.  Honestly, just the thought of enjoying this is enough to motivate me through a tough workout.  Omg.  I want one now.  You’re welcome in advance.
2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder (I use trader joe’s)
2 tablespoons peanut butter
1/2 banana
1 cup milk
1 scoop chocolate protein powder (I use lean pro-matrix)
So good plus it’s packed with the protein your muscles need after a workout.  Enjoy!
Day 14: what is my UGW and when do I plan to reach it
Vacation!
Today is my last full day in gorgeous Hawaii.  Vacation to me means relaxation and taking time to enjoy things you normally can’t or don’t have time to.  Therefore I told myself that I could eat whatever I want this week.  I’ve still been exercising every day though!  Whether it be the gym, swimming in the ocean, or hiking!
Ugh.  You guys.  I seriously think I gained like 10 lbs.  but it has been so worth it.  Every meal I’ve had has been so delicious!  And I think it’s totally ok to indulge.  I promised myself I’ll get back on track as soon as those wheels hit the runway on the mainland.
Day 12: what do I usually eat
For dinner tonight I had this amazing burrito bowl.  It was only about 260 calories, totally clean, and absolutely delicious!
4 oz ground lean turkey
2 tbs black bean dip (you can find this at target)
1/4 cup of black beans
1/4 tomato
1/8 cup of onions

Yummers!  Loved every bite!
